GRASS VALLEY 9/9/02 (YSN) - An elderly Grass Valley woman who died in a traffic collision on Highway 49 has been identified, the California Highway Patrol reported Monday.
Rhoda Little, 79, was killed about 3:45 p.m. Friday as she tried to turn south on Highway 49 from La Barr Meadows Road and her car was broad-sided by a small foreign sedan being driven northbound on 49 by Zion Tout of Oroville.
Tout and one of two passengers received minor injuries, the CHP reported.
Little's name was withheld while authorities notified her next of kin.
