Where are these 'war criminals' now?

At the 2006 National Press Club suck-up soiree, President George W. Bush might want to pretend looking being chairs and under tables for these two “war criminals.” ("Mrs. Anthrax," left; "Dr. Germ," right)

A military spokesman claimed: “They were released as part of an ongoing process for many months in full consultation with the Iraqi Government.” They were no longer seen as a security threat. “Many had been held as suspects in possible war crimes and as material witnesses” in cases against the regime, but they “no longer were deemed to have information in this regard”.

If these to high-ranking officials – one was the five of hearts in the alleged deck of war criminals -- no longer had any, what of the nobodies held even longer at Guantanamo Bay?
